Min is a lawyer practicing in Vancouver, BC. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law with Distinction. He is a member of the Law Society of BC & the Law Society of Alberta.
Min was born in Korea and grew up in several different countries including Korea, Japan and New Zealand before moving to Vancouver Island where he attended high school.
He practices all aspects of Canadian immigration law, including work/student/super visa, PR, Citizenship applications, Provincial Nominee Programs (BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan), spousal sponsorship, criminal rehabilitation, admissibility hearings before the IRB (Criminal and/or Misrepresentation), IAD appeals, Stay of removal motion, Judicial Reviews and represents clients at the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).
Min advises and represents athletes, sports organizations and artists for contractual or immigration matter.
